Bought an electric toothbrush 1 year ago and it stopped charging. Was told its under 2 year warranty and just need the production code on the brush. I have that to them and they said it was out of the 2 year warranty. How is that when it was bought a year ago??? They are selling items that are old and wont replace them for customers!! Terrible business!
