I bought an Oral B Pro 3000 electric toothbrush only because it had the 30 day money back trial offer and I just wanted to see if this would be a better and more efficient way of dealing with my oral health. Well, I was not impressed as for many years I've been used to scrubbing my tongue and this brush just couldn't do the complete job, so I returned it.

Two months later and 4 phone calls to the dept who says that they have the toothbrush but are "Processing it for a refund", I still can't get my money back.

There is only one person who deals with the processing of refunds and he has a don't care "Whatcha gonna do about it" attitude. Can anyone suggest some sort of institution where I can write to in order to pressure these people?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Oral B Cons: Terrible customer service.

Too funny Oral B keeps everyone's rebates - I don't know anyone that has gotten one. Do you know what the B stands for?

Not good enough, otherwise they would have been Oral A. LOL I no longer support Oral B, Crest, or Proctor & Gamble.

They are much to big to care. Show them you're pissed and stop supporting them until they get some customer service.

I bought the Oral B in January. It's June.

Still no refund. Oral B, you SUCK.

After reading these reviews, it is good to know that I am not the only one who was terribly disappointed with this product. I will look for a different and more reliable company.
