Oral B doesn’t honor their rebate promise

Purchased Oral-B electric toothbrush from my dentist and sent in all required documents (including the UPC code) for a $20 rebate. Received a pre-printed card saying I needed to send the UPC code for the product. Of course they don’t answer the phone and they have outsourced the rebate program so there is no recourse. Total sham and I suspect that they never send any rebates. beware. Also it’s a loud toothbrush and the shaft is too short to reach back teeth. I recommend the Phillips toothbrush.

Oral B - Toothbrush stopped working

I bought an Oral B toothbrush On a trip overseas it stopped working Seems these toothbrushes are 110 V and do not work in 220 V countries Since this is an item you would take on trips for higiene , it is very bad on Oral B’a side not to tell customers their toothbrushes do not work and will burn overseas Again This is an item of higiene and daily ritual that we take along with shaving razors, combs and the like Computers are items that travel worldwide with its owners too and computers can work on both 110 and 220 Volts Same as phone chargers Oral B just dissappointed me I expect an explanation and I expect a refund

ORAL B rebate

What a scam! Send in all the paperwork - oops I missed something. Go and gather info again and send it all in again and oops I missed something again. WTF WTF What does the B in Oral B stand? *** Not to B trusted? Bastards? Business before customers? Take a guess - you're right!

You got a bad batch. Oral B has a website. Contact them and complain. They may send you a coupon.

Best thing is to never buy an Oral B product again. There are other brands of floss in the stores, and probably at a cheaper cost. Obviously, Oral B doesn't stand behind their...
