Oral B - So very disappointed.
The Oral B electric toothbrush is a disappointing purchase. The brush head and handle have a noticeable gap, which is both unappealing and potentially unhygienic. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, the issue has not been resolved satisfactorily. The back-and-forth emails have been time-consuming and unhelpful, with the company ultimately suggesting that the design flaw is intentional. Save your money and look elsewhere for a reliable and well-designed toothbrush.

Unable to register toothbrush

He was very helpful. I hope the registration works. I tried several times to enter date of purchase. He told me I needed 2022 not just 22.

The phone dropped the call.

I was transferred to a woman I believe was named Gail. She asked me what my issue was. All I said was, You know what this product looks like, right? Because I was going to explain my issue. No response. I gave her my phone number explaining I could not hear her. That was it. No call back.

Broke toothbrush

I spoke with somebody on February 8 they told me that they would get back to me by the end of business day through email or phone call and I havent heard anything back I love this toothbrush Ive only had it for a year tomorrow and would really just love it to be replaced although I dont have my receipt or I did not register it but I have the number and letters off the bottom which is AM13410**** I would really just like to get a replacement

Oral B IO Tooth Brush Heads are Too Big and Rough

My Wife bought us new toothbrushes for Christmas . The Oral B IO looked nice and had pretty lights but as we began to use the brushes me and my wife both noticed our lower jaw and molars were hurting.. Never having this problem before we knew it was the toothbrushes... The heads are too Big and Rough for even my mouth.. Im sure Oral B has gotten more than my complaint about these heads.. They Big enough to efficiently get a horses mouth daily.. Thank you and Let me know what we can get done about these pricey brushes I cannot use.

Terrible. They wouldn’t even answer me back.

Bought my husband electric Oral-B toothbrush six months ago and it won't stay charged for one day and then when you do a charger for 24 hours it hardly goes
