Replacement brush heads
I am trying to buy the Floss Action brush head in the 6-head replacement package for $39.99 and can't find them anywhere, even on the Oral-B website. I would like to know where I can purchase them.

Zero Customer Service!
You cannot speak with a live person. I never had to reach out to this company after years of owning electric toothbrushes.
Now that I have an issue with a toothbrush no longer charging, you cannot speak with a live person to voice your complaint or get help! What a disgrace.
Terrible company with zero customer service. I would never recommend or purchase from again...good riddance!

Problem with the product
Right out of the box we got 2 brushes with internet connectivity.
One fully charged brush kept on stopping every 9-10 seconds, while the app kept on asking me to continue brushing.
I will have to return everything for replacement.

I bought two pack of toothbrushes and one was not colored on pure white

Problem with my toothbrch
One of the 2 that came together in the package doesnt work. It doesn't charge well.
The display shows 100 % of charging but doesn't work and sometime shows 0%. The other was like that but now is working so far.

My oral i0 stop working
I replace the tooth bush head and it just stops working. They are going to replace or fix it for me there is a two-year warranty I thank god for that

Indeed a shipping label to send my Oral- B toothbrush
My toothbrush is not working and I need a shipping label I already talked to a customer service a while back and they said to get my receipt and then then I can get a shipping label
Replacement brushes are very rough and irritating gums
The floss action replacement brushes are so rough. I have tried for a months to use them.
They are not for me. I have the unit that lights up if you brush too hard so its not me. I purchased a package of 10 so what am I to do with 9 more of the little torture brushes. Im very upset with this product.
I have been using the electric Oral B for over 30 years and I love the products Ive always purchased. Not a happy person!

Terrible experience
Absolutely terrible with Oral B.
Ive ordered a toothbrush that is way too loud and destroying my gums. So I decided to return it and use money back guarantee policy.
First you need to call few times to get the number of a department that deals with returns.
Ive sent it back- spent time, money, waited for few months- nothing. No information from the company on status of my return. So I had to call them back - they told me that refund is approved and they needed additional information - Ive sent them the information.
In 21st century two only ways for customer support in oral b are emails and phone calls.
Anyway the lady sent me an email that she will keep me updated (after I asked to do it and waited few more weeks). its been around 6 months since I tried to return the goods and Ive just received it back (and I dont like and dont want it).
Feels like the only goal of this company is to sell you things and do not care about any satisfaction. The return process drags you through rounds of useless calls and you never get refunded.
BTW they dont do refunds - they supposed to issue a pre paid card for you - wich makes it easier not to give you a refund, and you have to share personal information as well. The worst customer experience Ive ever had.

Purchased 4 Medium Soft manual tooth brushes, not soft at all and damaged my gums. Can't be returned, cost me $14.
A pack of 4 manual tooth brushes of Medium Soft, are not soft by any stretch of any imagination. They cut up my gums even the sides of my mouth cheeks.
Walmart will not accept a return.
They cost me $14. What can be done about this.
